 Donna is our Office Administrator and has been working for Dr. Koglin for over 14 years. She has over 39 years experience as a Licensed Dental Assistant and Office Manager not in only in orthodontics but general dentistry as well. As the Financial Coordinator, Donna’s expertise in this area will guide you with any questions you may have regarding the financial/business aspect of your treatment. Donna will be one of the first people you will connect with when calling the office or coming to your appointment and then guiding you through each step of your the orthodontic process. She wears many hats at Koglin Orthodontics. It isn’t unusual to see her supporting the clinical team taking records, scanning, sterilization, etc. Donna has a passion for dentistry. She loves interacting with the children and families, helping to develop long lasting, trusting relationships. As the Practice Liason she interacts closely with our referring offices.
Donna resides in Georgetown with her husband Larry and 2 adult children Kassandra and Matthew as well as their Goldendoodle, NaLa. Donna is avid cyclist. She also enjoys many forms of exercise, cooking, gardening, traveling and the great outdoors with her family.

 Kathy is our patient coordinator who brings more than 25 years of administrative and 12 years of dental office experience to the practice.
She enjoys watching our patients' progress as they come in for treatment. Seeing how happy the patients are when their braces come off; is exciting each and every time.
Born and raised in Amesbury, MA, Kathy has lived with her husband Michael for over 31 + years in Merrimac, MA where they raised their two sons, Derek & Devin. Outside the office she loves spending time with family and friends, cooking/baking and now that the boys are grown, and living on their own, Kathy loves to travel to any tropical beach, with Mike, whenever they get the chance to get away.

 Yulika is an orthodontic assistant who recently graduated from North Shore Community College. She is dedicated to making sure you are welcome and comfortable. Her favorite part about orthodontics is giving patients the perfect smile they deserve.
Yulika loves to workout and hangout with friends in her spare time. Having braces herself, she is able to relate to patients and give them the same tips and tricks she uses.

 Jessica has been in the Orthodontic Field for almost 20 years. Given her experience, Jessica’s goal is always doing her best to assure all of our patients are comfortable and happy to the fullest patient satisfaction.
Jessica enjoys doing all orthodontic procedures but her all time favorite is using all the latest technologies. She really enjoys seeing her patients leave with a smile.
In her spare time, Jessica adore’s hanging out and spending quality time with her Boys! - Fiancé’ Jay and son Jack. Their favorite times together are going to to Disney World. Jessica really enjoys long distance running.
